What is Ad-OS?
Ad-OS is an AI-powered advertising operating system that helps businesses plan, publish, and monitor advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok from one unified workspace.
Which advertising platforms are supported?
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads are the three platforms in our initial release. LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, and additional networks are on the product roadmap.
How does budget allocation work?
You set a total campaign budget and Ad-OS allocates it across your chosen platforms. You can adjust allocation percentages per platform at any time. All spend data is synchronised back from the platforms automatically.
Where can I see campaign performance?
Open a campaign from the Campaigns page, or visit the Analytics dashboard. You can review spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, and CTR across all connected platforms in one place.
What is the platform usage fee?
Ad-OS charges a 10% platform fee on your total advertising spend. This is calculated deterministically by the system — never by AI. For example: $10,000 in advertising spend = $1,000 platform fee.
How are my advertising account credentials protected?
All connected account access tokens are encrypted server-side before storage using a TOKEN_ENCRYPTION_SECRET. Tokens are never exposed to the browser. All connections use OAuth 2.0 with the minimum required permission scopes.
Can the AI change my campaign settings or move money?
No. The Gemini AI on Ad-OS is strictly advisory. It can analyse performance, generate ad copy ideas, and recommend budget changes — but any changes require explicit user confirmation. The AI cannot execute financial transactions or modify live campaign budgets.
Is my account data isolated from other businesses?
Yes. Ad-OS uses row-level security (RLS) in the database to enforce strict organisation-level data isolation. Your campaigns, connected accounts, and spend data are never visible to other organisations.
How do I connect my advertising accounts?
Navigate to Settings → Connected Accounts from the sidebar, then click "Connect" next to the platform you want to link. You will be redirected through the platform's official OAuth flow. No credentials are ever stored — only encrypted access tokens.
